Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival & The Healing Touch of Lord Shiva.

Our team will meet you at Deoghar Airport or the railway station and drive you to your hotel. After freshening up, we head to the Baba Baidyanath Temple for a peaceful Darshan of the Jyotirlinga. In the evening, visit the beautiful Naulakha Mandir or explore the local markets for traditional Deoghar sweets.

Day 2 - The Divine Court & Journey to Tarapith.

After breakfast, we drive to Basukinath Dham, the sacred “court” of Lord Shiva, where devotees complete their prayers. After a soulful Darshan, we cross into West Bengal, driving through scenic rural landscapes to reach the holy town of Tarapith by evening, just in time for the temple prayers.

Day 3 - Mother’s Blessings & Final Departure.

Start your final day with a holy dip followed by an early morning Darshan of Maa Tara at the Tarapith Shaktipeeth. Soak in the spiritual energy of the temple and the Bamakhepa Ashram before we begin our return journey. We will drop you back at the Deoghar or Rampurhat station/airport for your trip home.

Where exactly is Tarapith located?

Tarapith is a small temple town located in the Birbhum district of West Bengal. It is about 9 km from the Rampurhat railway station and roughly 110 km away from Deoghar.

Why is Basukinath part of the Deoghar yatra?

Devotees believe that Lord Baidyanath is the King and Basukinath is the Magistrate. Traditionally, the pilgrimage is considered “cleared” or complete only after you present your prayers at both the King’s home and the Magistrate’s court.

Is there a long wait for Darshan at these temples?

While Deoghar and Tarapith are popular, we plan your visits during earlier hours to avoid peak crowds. Most temples also offer locally available “VIP” or “Special” entry tickets for a faster experience.

Can this tour start from Rampurhat instead of Deoghar?

Yes, we can customize the pickup. If you arrive by train at Rampurhat, we can start the tour from Tarapith and then drive to Basukinath and Deoghar.

What is the best time for this three-temple tour?

The most comfortable weather is from October to March. During the monsoon (July-August), the area is extremely crowded due to the Shravani Mela, so plan accordingly based on your comfort level.
