Standard Cancellation Policy:
From booking date up to 7 days prior to departure: 30% of the package cost.
Between 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the package cost.
Between 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure: 75% of the package cost.
Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% of the package cost.

If a participant is unable to complete the tour or use the included benefits for reasons not caused by the organizers, no refund claims will be entertained.

Refund Policy:
All refunds will be processed to the customer’s account within 15 days of the cancellation initiation. Payments will be made via bank transfer only after identity confirmation.

Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and other necessary paperwork, are valid and up to date. We do not accept liability for losses or damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

Liability: We do not accept liability for losses or damages resulting from any act or omission by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
